  16. If the file sizes shown do not match what is in your TLX-HST.ARC
  17. archive, one or more files may have been modified by someone
  18. other than the author (and did not bother to update this
  19. TLX_HST.1ST file).

  21. The TLX_HST.SLT file is the HST SALT script source code. SALT source
  22. is standard CR/LF-delimited ASCII files which contain the
  23. script's programming.  You may view/edit it with any suitable
  24. text editor or word processor which can save files in standard
  25. ASCII format. The compiled script is called TLX_HST.SLC and is
  26. ready to run.  If you customize the .SLT source code do not forget
  27. to use the CS Telix command to recompile the script into executable
  28. .SLC format.

  30. The TLX_HST.DOC contains script-specific documentation.  The
  31. script's operation, however, is very much self-explanatory.
  32.  
  33. TLX_HSTS.DOC contains a quick description of the Telix configuration
  34. parameters required to operate the HST modem under Telix V3.11.
  35.  
  36. The TLX_HSTI.DOC file may help you understand more about the modem and
  37. high-speed communications in general, with emphasis on
  38. communications with bulletin board systems.
  39.
